Gee, I'm dreaming of being way down south...
I've been back from Key West now for what.. 3 days...
and
I'm wishing to be down south again!
The last two days I have been at the shop
(and have one more day to go)
teaching "Kids Camp" at the LQS where I
work. There are 6 young girls ages 8 - 12 years of age. A few of the girls have no sewing experience at all.
Things are going well. Yesterday was spend getting to know their sewing machine (Berninas of course) and cutting out their patterns & fabric for their projects.
Today they completed a zippered bag and got the pocket to the apron attached.
Tomorrow brings the completion of the apron, a pizza party and watermelon for afternoon snack.
I will be one tired lady by the time 3pm rolls around
&
the girls will be on their home.
(Pictures tomorrow of the finished aprons, as long as I don't forget the camera!)

Being in the keys could definitely spoil a person..... Glad the classes are going well. Looking forward to seeing everyone....11 days now, I think....YEE HAW
